Vitalogy Hub
Support that makes systems work for people.
Practical, rights-focused behaviour support and social work for NDIS participants.
About Vitalogy Hub
Vitalogy Hub provides Behaviour Support and Social Work for individuals, families and support teams. Our work is guided by the ethical principles of social work: dignity, respect, social justice and professional integrity.
We take a whole-person approach that recognises the impact of someone’s history, environment and support systems. Our focus is on practical, evidence-informed strategies that make daily life more manageable and help people feel understood and supported.
We offer flexible appointments through telehealth or in-person visits, working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and providers to ensure support is consistent, clear and rights-focused.
How We Work
We offer support that is steady, practical and grounded in social work values. Our approach focuses on understanding each person’s circumstances, reducing complexity and providing clear strategies that people can use in everyday life.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support providers to ensure support is consistent and aligned. Appointments are flexible and can be delivered in person or through telehealth, depending on what works best.
Who We Support
We support people across a wide range of circumstances, including those navigating daily challenges, changes in behaviour, communication needs or significant transitions. Our work also extends to situations where multiple services are involved, helping everyone stay coordinated and informed.
Why We Started
My name is Tenille, and I founded Vitalogy Hub after many years working across government, disability, mental health and justice settings. I saw how complex support systems can be, and how important clear, steady guidance is for participants and families.
I value Behaviour Support for its focus on quality of life and human rights. It provides a practical way to understand behaviour, reduce stressors and create safer, more predictable environments.
I chose to establish my own practice so I can work flexibly and tailor support without the restrictions of larger service systems. This allows me to respond to each person’s circumstances and provide support that is genuinely person-centred.
Vitalogy Hub delivers Behaviour Support and Social Work services that are evidence-informed, practical and easy to engage with. My focus is on clear strategies, collaborative practice and reliable support for the people I work with.

Justice and Complex Support
Vitalogy Hub works with participants who have involvement with the justice system, mental health services or other statutory agencies. We understand the added complexity this can create for participants, families and support teams, especially during transitions such as leaving custody or moving from hospital to the community.
Our role is to:
provide rights-based, person-centred Behaviour Support and Social Work services
make plans and expectations easier to understand
support clear communication between services (with appropriate consent)
develop practical strategies that promote safety, stability and engagement
follow any conditions set by courts, corrections, guardianship or other authorities
We do not provide legal advice or crisis response. Instead, we work alongside existing services to ensure support plans are clear, achievable and aligned with the person’s goals and obligations.
